Wire feeding, inner core stripping, and terminal crimping can all be done correctly and continuously with the multi-core sheathed cable stripping and ferrules crimping rig.

This system is designed specifically for the handling of multi-conductor sheathed cable core wires. Before using this unit, the outside jacket should be pre-stripped, and the user only needs to place the cable in the working position; the machine will strip the wire and crimp the terminal automatically. It significantly boosts the performance of multi-core sheathed cable processing.

The control system uses a PLC and a color touch screen, with servo motors driving the moving parts for easy operation and high processing accuracy.
