This system has a basic structure and is simple to run, and it can
be mounted directly on the ground for testing, making it ideal for
product quality control in the manufacturing line.
Wires and cables, rubber, plastics, textiles, waterproof materials,
non-woven fabrics, and other non-metallic materials, as well as
metal wire, metal foil, metal sheet, and metal bar, are all tested
using the microcomputer tensile strength tester system.
Various finished goods may be measured for consistency by
stretching, compressing, peeling, shearing, tearing, and other
methods using special fixtures.
The computer will store the results of ten test reference points,
calculate their average value, and calculate the maximum value and
force value at the time of fracture automatically.
A thermal printer is included in the unit, which prints test
results automatically (optional).
