This is a semi-automated machine for crimping connectors onto the flexible tail or flexible circuit of membrane switches.

The terminals are pressed neatly and consistently, with good accuracy and consistency of quality.

High-precision inverter, SMC pneumatic parts, and a PLC control system are used.

The crimping pressure is precise thanks to the use of a stepper motor, ensuring consistent output. High throughput: up to 10K pcs per hour
