Automatic Cable Braid Brushing and Copper Foil Wrapping Machine

This is a fully automatic and all-in-one cable shielding brushing and copper foil wrapping machine / production line. The process flow is started from: optional manual or automatic wire feeding → fixed length cutting → cable outer sheath peeling → cable shielding brushing → cable shielding cutting →cable shielding tidying → automatic copper foil wrapping → laser aluminum foil processing → CCD automatic detection → aluminum foil removing → automatic fetching. The above process is all the way fully automatically process.

It helps saving a lot of front line workers as this machine only needs one worker to collect the wrapped copper foil wire and replace it.

Efficiency description: The equipment operation cycle is 5S-7S/PCS.

Equipment utilization rate is greater than 92%, and equipment yield is greater than 97%
